I've hard reset the device a few times, still no connection. There must be a problem between the artemis and WMDC final where people have clean installs of I checked the "ActiveSync/Windows Mobile Device Center". The device was FINALLY recognised and Windows Mobile Device Center is now fully synced with my PDA.
