From Motorola that would be the MPX220 (fairly old) and the Motorola Q. If it is one of those, you need to go find Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC) on Microsoft's site. I installed the beta 3 and it installed the driver for motorola v3, but there is no icon in the control panel to start the center.
